Two gay men looking for a gay-friendly/gay male to share an amazing apartment in South Harlem. Three bedroom/two full bath duplex, hardwood floors throughout. Filled with sunlight all day. Laundry in the basement, elevator, one block from Central Park. The apt. is between the B/C local (five minute walk) and the 2/3 express (seven minute walk) one bathroom is shared. There is a Lidl grocery store a 10 minute walk away, Whole Foods and Trader Joe's 10-15 minutes. Upper West Side bars and restaurants are just a few subway stops, the neighborhood is amazing, rapidly changing, safe and clean. Looking for a male, 35-50, NO SMOKING (weed outside), works full-time OUTSIDE of the apt., no couples, no pets, no MAGA. The apt. is fully furnished (no room for anything) there is no TV (not looking for a TV in the common space) but there is access through the internet. We both use our laptops. The occasional overnight guest is fine as long as it doesn't become a 2/3/4 night-a-week habit. There are some dishes as well as pots/pans for your use. The available room has a full-sized platform bed, four-drawer dresser, closet. Looking for someone normal (hopefully fun) and willing to share in the cleaning and care of the space. Garbage goes to the chute in the hall, recycling to the basement. Nothing too serious, just regular sweeping/mopping as well as keeping the shared bathroom clean. Available beginning Oct. 8th Prefer at least one year.
