Little covered area outside one of your bedroom windows with a swing for you to relax. The swing is only used by whoever rents this room as it is right outside of your window and we are big on privacy . Room can be furnished, partially furnished or not at all depending on your needs. If needing the space furnished I have a Queen sized bed, large smart Tv (Tv in pictures is a lot smaller than the tv that will be in there), lamp, desk etc. Tall fence keeps house more private. One bedroom available. Price of room is to reflect all the utilities and steaming included: (Amazon Prime Tv is free as well as other free apps or you can log into your own streaming apps), WiFi, PGE, Water, Garbage) as well as washer and dryer in house. Parking space in driveway. Bathroom has shower and bath tub and is close by. We stick to ourselves and are working woman in our 40’s so house is peaceful. We are respectful of other’s belongings and privacy. It is a good little spot for someone looking for a drama free home to retreat to on your downtime. Good, quiet neighborhood. Close to creek path for walking/bike riding, park, grocery, restaurants etc. Kitchen/cooking/dining stuff already in kitchen for shared use. Feel free to bring your own things, there is cabinet space/shelves/drawers etc. 1st months rent and refundable deposit of $1000 at move in. No credit check fee but may ask for reference.
