Credit check and lease signing required, as this is not a sublet. The unit is one of two in the building, with access to a large backyard that is private and shady with a big tree, firepit, table, etc. Bedroom is medium sized and fits a bed, dresser, desk and bookshelf, with a closet. Kitchen is spacious with lots of storage and newish appliances (gas stove). Bathroom has a nice shower with stone floor. Living space is already furnished with central air. There are two shared closets. The backyard really is the gem of this property, and we share it with the nice couple who lives upstairs. Great for having friends over to grill, for parties and firepits when the weather is nice. Huge tree has beautiful flowers in the spring. Looking for a female in their late 20s or 30s. Preferably looking for someone who does not work from home the majority of the week, as the roommate staying is part-remote. The roommate staying is a 37 y/o female journalist, often works from home and travels for work part-time. Clean/tidy but not anal about it. Likes to have friends over to grill or hang out back, and would be open to a roommate who wants to join in! Very outdoorsy, big fan of lord of the rings, reading fantasy and historical nonfiction, cooking, and watching/playing soccer. There is also a great couple who just moved in upstairs!. No cats or dogs please, but open to smaller animals.
