ShareWe are a small family owned and operated trucking company located in Weyers Cave, VA looking to hire a full-time Local Class A CDL driver to help service our customers between Roanoke (Load) area up to Weyers Cave, Winchester, Northern Virginia area and occasionally Morgantown WV. Must have a clean driving record, current DOT physical, and be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and will be subject to random DOT drug testing. We only hire clean cut, professional drivers with reliable and consistent work history. That being said, we are willing to train if you're willing to learn and are a good fit. Need to be able to drive 10 speed and 13 speed transmission, operate a PTO and have air brake endorsement. Job is local so home everyday but will need to keep track of paperwork, fuel, and mileage. It's not a super physically demanding job but it's definitely not just driving. Will need to be on-site to get started by 430am depending on the run. Must live within 30-40 minutes from Weyers Cave, VA Schedule can be flexible depending on the situation. Average pay: $1600-2000/week depending on experience and work ethic. The truck we are looking to put a driver in is a 2004 Peterbilt 379 13 spd or 10 spd.
