OWNER-OPERATORS Shefland also welcomes Owner-Operators to our team. If you have a truck that you want to put to work, we have LOTS of great customer freight to haul!! We pay 82% of the linehaul and 100% of the fuel. Shefland’s long history of safe operations means lower insurance rates, and we pass that benefit on to YOU. Owner operators can also benefit from the “cost plus” pricing we have with our primary fuel vendor.
