Our client, A nonprofit housing agency is looking to fulfill the need for a full-time temp to hire Facilities Office Manager based out of the San Francisco office. The assignment is expected to last at least twelve weeks prior to converting direct hire. The position reports onsite five days a week. Candidates will be considered for the level for which they meet minimum qualifications. Appraisers perform a full range of market appraisals of residential, commercial, industrial, recreational, agricultural and rural properties using data collection and analysis methods. They are required to understand and provide, with a high degree of accuracy, assessment information to property owners, builders, real estate brokers, governmental agencies, residents and the public. They also assist in preparing information for Assessment Appeals Board presentations. The Appraiser I is the entry level class in this series and initially works under close supervision. The Appraiser II is the journey level class in the series and works independently to perform the full range of market appraisals for a variety of real property and improvements.
