Associate must have experience working in repairments and troubleshooting of production machines, preferably in the food industry and be familiar with some electrical work such as wiring, short circuits . Key Responsibilities: Preventive maintenance and repair of wiring, electrical circuits, and conveyer belts. Must have general knowledge of mechanical, power tools, measuring tools Perform repairs, maintenance and installation of machines, tools, and equipment to ensure continuous production operations throughout the day Comply with all safety rules and regulations Some knowledge of electrical work such as replacing wall outlets and hard wiring. Requirements: At least 1 year of experience working in machine repair Experience in food production machinery and operations Strong knowledge of computerized equipment to diagnose and resolve issues Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, scaling environment. Key Responsibilities: • Layup carbon fiber composite materials according to engineering specifications and production schedules. • Prepare and maintain molds and tooling for part fabrication. • Conduct quality checks throughout the layup process to ensure parts meet specified tolerances and standards. • Monitory curing and executing finishing of composite parts. • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment. • Document production data, including materials used, part numbers, and production times. • Work collaboratively with engineers and senior technicians to improve processes and product quality. • Assist in the maintenance and cleaning of equipment and tools. • Participate in training sessions to improve skills and knowledge of composites manufacturing techniques. Job Summary: The primary responsibility of this position is to safely and efficiently package quality products in a manner that is consistent with HP Hood LLC standards.
