We have an opening for a Tire Supplies SALES REPRESENTATIVE Full Time covering San Francisco, Santa Clara (San Jose), San Mateo, Alameda, Contra Costa, Santa Cruz, Monterey, and San Benito Counties area. You will be selling tire supplies which include wheel weights, valve stems, patches, hand and pneumatic tools, jacks, tire balancers, large equipment, and more. Your customers will be businesses doing tire repair - such as tire shops, trucking, agriculture, utilities, transportation, construction businesses, etc. You will be driving a supply truck that is 8 foot wide, 12 foot tall, and 24 foot long. You will visit customers 8am to 5pm, 5 days a week, Monday through Friday. You must have a good driving record, good credit, and good computer skills. If you will be training, it is a plus if you have worked in a tire shop, a tire supplies store, or other automotive business. It is a plus if you have sales experience. It is a plus if you speak Spanish. Your training pay is based on goals met per 8 hour work day, 5 days a week, training at the rate of $4,000 a month if goals are met. Goals include visiting 10+ customers a day, sending in a daily customer log, making 5 sales a day, etc. We have had several experienced salesmen, now retired, hovering around the $100K mark. Qualify leads: Assess the homeowner's interest and needs, collect key information, and determine if they are a potential customer. Schedule appointments: Set up in-home consultations for our sales team to further discuss the client’s window replacement options. Meet or exceed targets: Strive to meet or surpass daily and weekly lead generation goals. Experience: Previous canvassing, sales, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required. Communication Skills: Must be able to communicate clearly and confidently with homeowners. Self-motivation: Ability to work independently and stay focused on goals. Outgoing Personality: Friendly, approachable, and able to engage in conversations with people from various backgrounds. We are looking for three good individuals who will help us promote our roofing business in the northern virginia d c and maryland area. We are basically looking for people to knock doors and talk to homeowners about the conditions of their roof and see if we can get them to have our roofers , go up and inspect their roofs for possible wind and hail damage. We are offering $100 per day paid weekly, $75 for all leads that for appointment and inspected by our roofer, an other $100 if the customer uses our company to represent them with the insurance company. If you have experience in sales or canvassing that's good if not we can train you. You also have to pass a background check that's required by the company. If you drive, that's good, that helps us put you into different areas.If not we can pick you up at the metro and take you to the work areas and return you in the evenings.
