German Shepard needs a home (Phoenix)

This is a weird situation, but there's a German Shepard that jumps my grandmother's fence every so often. And she's skinny and always looking for food and water. If there is ANYBODY OUT THERE THAT CAN HELP US RESCUE this girl. We can not keep her. But we dont want to send her to the pound . Shelters are full or have numbers but no call backs. What should we do?
