We are specifically looking for instructors available to teach our enrichment program to children ages 1 - 5 years old during the day, especially mornings from 8:45 AM - noon, in the Brookfield and nearby surrounding areas. THE ROLE: Youth Soccer Instructor with top pay & community impact. The long-term impact will allow us to create healthy habits at a young age, teach life skills and increase youth activity across the board. THE HISTORY: Super Soccer Stars has been in the youth soccer business for over 24 years and have been recognized as the largest operating program in the US. THE LOCATION: Classes are held across schools, parks, and recreational centers. Coaches are expected to travel up to 45 mins to get to a class location. SCHEDULE: Coincides with Preschool and Daycare Hours; (8:45 - noon with some afternoons on occasion*) Requirements We are looking to hire an energetic and fun-loving Soccer Coach who will lead our children in fun and educational activities while ensuring safety for all. Our ideal candidate has prior experience working with children (as a sports coach, teacher, camper or leader, childcare educator, or nanny), and enjoys working with children. This position is excellent for someone who has an interest in pursuing early childhood education, or child development. New coaches can work 3-10 classes depending on availability and willingness to grow and can earn from $18 per hr up to $38 per hr. Our Coaches use individual attention to ensure every child has success Our Coaches use a non-competitive approach to ensure classes are fun with a stress-free environment Our Coaches use positive reinforcement to encourage children to do better and celebrate success And finally, our coaches have a blast! They are open-minded, and know that coaching is a continuous journey. We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Soccer Coach to lead and inspire young athletes in a competitive elementary school spirit soccer league that meets right after school from 3:45 PM to 5:00 PM Monday to Friday and two Saturdays for games. The coach will be responsible for developing players' soccer skills, , promoting a positive sportsmanship culture, and fostering teamwork. The ideal candidate must have a passion for working with children, a working knowledge of soccer fundamentals, and the ability to create a fun and engaging learning environment. Requirements Key Responsibilities: Plan and Conduct Practices: Develop age-appropriate practice plans that focus on skill development, physical fitness, and teamwork. Game Management: Prepare the team for league games, manage game-day logistics, and provide guidance and encouragement during matches. Skill Development: Teach players fundamental soccer techniques, including passing, dribbling, shooting, and defending. Team Building: Foster a sense of sportsmanship and teamwork, emphasizing respect, cooperation, and perseverance. Safety and Supervision: Ensure the safety and well-being of all players during practices, games, and team activities. Communication: Maintain open communication with players, parents, and school administrators regarding schedules, expectations, and team updates.
