The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience in drywall hanging, finishing, metal framing, acoustic ceilings and retail rough-ins, along with strong leadership skills. Job Duties: Lead and supervise drywall crews on commercial job sites Interpret blueprints and perform layout for walls, ceilings and partitions Oversee drywall installation, metal framing, finishing, and retail rough-ins Ensure work meets quality standards, deadlines, and safety requirements Train and mentor crew members, providing guidance on best practices Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and inspectors Requirements: MUST have a minimum of 3 yrs of commercial drywall experience. You will be installing OELO aluminum light tracks at the eaves of homes. Basic electric wiring knowledge required. Baseline $250 plus $2.5/foot to install the lights and metal casing. Complexity adds more.. You must set up the control panel and phone app and insure it works before leaving property. You must take pictures throughout the for customer satisfaction as well as to allow us to check on your work before paying you.
