We are seeking an experienced Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, the ability to troubleshoot complex electrical issues, and proven leadership experience in both residential and commercial projects. This role requires a balance of hands-on electrical expertise, sales abilities, and office management skills to help drive our company’s continued growth. Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise electricians and apprentices on residential and commercial projects. Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical tasks efficiently and safely. Manage daily office operations, scheduling, and coordination of service calls. Oversee project timelines, budgets, and customer expectations. Provide accurate estimates and close sales opportunities with clients. Maintain compliance with electrical codes, safety standards, and company policies. Foster a positive team environment while training and mentoring junior staff. Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction. Requirements 10+ years of residential and commercial electrical experience. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. Experience managing projects, teams, and office operations. Sales experience with the ability to generate and close leads. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
