This role ensures that all work is performed in compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and safety requirements. Key Responsibilities • Perform inspections and quality checks on BESS installations, including electrical, mechanical, and civil components. • Verify compliance with project drawings, technical specifications, codes, and standards. • Conduct incoming material inspections to ensure equipment and components meet quality standards. • Document all inspection results, maintain QA/QC records, and generate non-conformance reports (NCRs) when needed. • Oversee and verify installation of battery racks, inverters, switchgear, transformers, cabling, grounding, and auxiliary systems. • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and field teams to resolve quality issues. • Monitor testing and commissioning activities to ensure proper system functionality. • Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and quality management procedures. • Participate in client/owner walk-downs and support punch list resolution.
