I am looking for someone who: 1. Has basic knowledge of building components. 2. Meet at different residential homes and commercial properties to accompany the home owner/property owner during their insurance company inspection. 3. You will arrive at property addresses to meet with adjusters, contractors, engineers, etc. 4. You will take some photographs of the damage and note what the insurance company's expert does and does not do while on-site. You will provide an email with your photos and inspection notes. 5. Jobs span all of Georgia. 6. Each job takes between 1-4 hours, but typically about 1-2 hours. 7. Pay is $125 per inspection facilitation. Ultimately, you are meeting the insurance company expert at a property. You will show them the damages to the property. You will send a short report of the inspection and photos. You will not be doing any labor or repairs. Must be able and willing to: 1. Get on roofs 2. Meet insurance company experts on-time 3. Send a paragraph about what happened during the inspection, along with some photos of the inspection

Widow needs part-time help around the house and with running errands, including organizing, selling items online, tech savviness to help me with my iphone and computer, conducting online research, putting things away, making phone calls, repair-work, fixing stuff, sending emails, bookkeeping, cleaning, making travel arrangements, packing/unpacking from trips, and otherwise assisting me.
