Our typical work week is Monday to Thursday 8am-2pm but can go as long as 5pm. Occasionally we shift our schedule to include Fridays depending on the weather and boats in need of service. An ideal candidate would be: –Comfortable working on the water and climbing up on and around boats –Able to carry up to 50 lbs throughout the day –Self-motivated –Customer service-oriented –Strong and timely communicator –A team player and commitment focused Requirements: –Available to work 8am to 2pm for 1-4 days per week within the span of Monday through Thursday –Dependable car to get to the various locations we service (Berkeley, Alameda, Sausalito, San Francisco, and South San Francisco) Boat piloting experience is encouraged but not needed. We are open to training the right individuals. Navigating our vessels qualifies for hours toward a captain's license. Completed reports, diagrams, details, and photos are uploaded to our system via the inspector portal within a 14-day timeframe.   You are contracted provide high-quality, comprehensive, loss control inspection reports as using established protocols, procedures, and policies of our clients and our company. Your comprehensive reports will use existing templates to identify potential loss conditions, hazards, or concerns and make recommendations to mitigate the exposures you identify in your field surveys.   Contracted inspections must be completed during standard business hours Monday-Friday.
