COMPLETE CRAWLSPACE--REPAIR HELPER Complete Crawlspace is looking for someone who wants to work hard and be compensated well. We are an Equal Opportunity Employer. We have offices in Charleston and Columbia. We specialize in structural repairs and moisture control. We also do minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and duct work--just about anything that needs to be done in a crawlspace. We supply all tools and materials. You will be placed on a two or three man crew and will have supervision and training for the first 6 months. You must have transportation, and we pay 63 cents a mile for local work travel. Depending on skill level, pay starts at $20-$22 per hour. We also offer medical insurance matching, paid vacation, and a generous bonus structure. We work hard 9+ hours a day, 4 days a week so we can enjoy our long 3 day weekends. We pay time-and-a-half for overtime, and if you can self manage there is always work to be done. You must be fit--we work in tight spaces for long periods of time. You must be able to lift and drag 50-80lbs. You must have a basic knowledge of construction tools, materials, and methods. We appreciate candidates with experience but we also can train you if you are new to the industry and have a desire to learn.
