Part-Time Software Programmer (Tucson)

We are a private investment research company seeking a skilled Software Programmer to work with us on our existing algorithmic stock trading system and assist in developing new systems. No knowledge of stocks or the stock market is necessary. This is part-time work in Tucson with full flexibility to work in our office or at home. Responsibilities: - Evaluate and find possible ways to improve the existing system - Implement changes when we provide new parameters - Assist in developing new systems and write the code for them Qualifications: - Strong programming skills (Python preferred; C++, Java, R, or MATLAB also valuable) - Creative in suggesting new, innovative and different ways for accomplishing objectives.
