Customer Service Representative / Service Writer Assistant (Milwaukee)

Ruby Isle Auto 11137 W Silver Spring Dr. Milwaukee WI 53225 Reports To: Shop Manager / Owner Job Type: Full or Part-Time Pay Range: $18.00 to $24.00 per hour Schedule: 20 – 55 Hrs Week / Sat 7:30-12:00 Job Summary: We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented, and organized Customer Service Representative / Service Writer to join our automotive repair team. This role is the first point of contact for our customers and plays a vital part in ensuring a smooth and professional experience from drop-off to pick-up. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, basic automotive knowledge, and a commitment to providing top-notch customer service.
