Swansons Cleaners is currently hiring and training full-time and part-time customer service associates. Store hours are Mon-Fri 10:00a - 6:00p and Sat 10:00a - 3:00p (closed Sundays). Shifts vary from 4 - 8 hours long. Weekly schedule example: Mon 10-6 Tue 10-6 Wed 12-6 Thu 10-6 Fri - OFF* Sat - 10-3 *Day off will switch from Fri to Wed depending on the week. Discounts on dry cleaning provided to all employees. Closed on specific Federal holidays. Basic computer skills, reliable transportation and a positive attitude are all you need to apply. The Supply Chain Buyer is responsible for leading the day-to-day procurement activities for the Project Services Division. This role involves coordinating with multiple departments to ensure the timely and cost-effective sourcing of materials, services, and subcontractors. The Supply Chain Buyer will focus on proposal planning, project execution, and continuous improvement while developing and maintaining strong supplier relationships. Technical Acumen Identify and qualify potential suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring alignment with project requirements. Understand and evaluate commercial specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements. Work with the Quality Team to audit and qualify suppliers for project involvement. Project Execution Solicit bids, evaluate quotations, select suppliers, and execute contracts in line with project needs. Coordinate the scheduling and expediting of deliverables, services, and materials to meet project timelines. Ensure all contracts are closed out properly, with all terms fulfilled and documented. Collaboration Work closely with Estimating, Legal, and Operations teams to ensure proposal compliance and accuracy. Collaborate with Operations, Scheduling, Field Engineering, Site Administration, Finance, and Legal teams as needed. Maintain and manage relationships with suppliers to ensure smooth PO execution and address any issues that arise. Customer Focus Oversee warranty efforts, ensuring resolution of issues post-project completion. Perform other related duties as required to support the procurement function and project goals. Continuous Improvement Engage in continuous improvement efforts to enhance procurement processes and supplier relationships. Conduct post-project and annual supplier evaluations to assess performance and identify areas for improvement. Critical Thinking Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and deliverables, ensuring timely adjustments. Negotiate commercial terms and conditions with suppliers and subcontractors, securing favorable terms for the company. Quality Control Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and project specifications. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience. 5+ years of related work experience, with a preference for construction industry experience. Strong negotiating and analytical skills. Ability to multitask in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. PHG needs reps to INSTALL  2 Cleaning Solution Dispensers in the Planet Fitness stores in MA/VT/NH during the Week of 8/18 - or some possibly week of 8/25.  Monday Through Friday 9am to 5 pm. Pay is $25 per hour onsite and mileage can be discussed at scheduling based on distance. Takes approx. 1.5 hours per location.  Store schedule will need to be provided to client once scheduled. Tools required: Cordless Drill with all bit types including concrete and basic hand tools Reporting Required to be completed in client app with photos. And hours also reported online at PHG site for pay processing. Full instruction for install and reporting will be provided. There are multiple locations in MA/NH/VT - full list can be provided at scheduling to best fit your geographic location for possible additional stores.
