Time to grow up and Rock!

I am putting a hard rock heavy metal band together. Covers. Starting at the beginning is tough and has challenges but once it's rolling it can be great. Needs: Guitar player- I need a guitar player that focuses heavily on his position but doesn't sit back and slowly stew and anger until he or they have a massive tantrum because something didn't go as fast as they thought it should. Bass players aren't God but we try. Drummer- I'm not sure why drummers are 50%ers but I've had three or four in the last year that only wanted to be there half the time if you want to rock and show up that's what I want. Singer- this is pretty basic. A singer that can do their job that can sing and scream and be heavy metal all the way is what I need. If you need lots of effects then you're not really a singer. I want to get this thing going ASAP if interested in any positions above please reach out.
