$850 / 1br - Dorm Style Student Housing Available September (Chinatown)

Get out of the dorms and come live in the heart of downtown Seattle! Here at the American Hotel Hostel, we house students and travelers from all over the world. We offer special deals to students of all accredited Washington State universities and Community Colleges, including the University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Central CC, Bellevue CC, Seattle Pacific University, Cornish College, and community colleges, as well as English language schools. We offer students a low rate of $850 for your very own private room (shared bathrooms). This is only available from Fall Quarter through the end of Spring Quarter. Summer housing is not available. Here’s the breakdown: • You pay month to month (no leases here) • FREE-Utilities • FREE-Wi-Fi throughout the building • FREE-24 hour coffee and tea • Basic furnishing/bed linens provided • We collect a one-time non-refundable move-in fee of $50 • We collect a one-time non-refundable $50 fee for a criminal background check prior to move in for domestic students • Other amenities include: guest lounge, library/study area, 24-hr laundry, fully equipped 24-hr kitchen, and knowledgeable, friendly staff! We are half a block from the Chinatown/International District Link Light Rail Station, and a short walk to most buses. Buses and the Link Light Rail trains run every few minutes directly to Capitol Hill/UW, along with other buses that can take you anywhere you need to go in the city.
