Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and flexible Onsite Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in English, have strong communication, administrative, and technical skills, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. This role requires flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed, as well as the ability to provide day-to-day support to both clients and employees. Key Responsibilities: Recruit, screen, and onboard candidates to meet client staffing needs. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure excellent service delivery. Provide ongoing support to employees with day-to-day operations, questions, and workplace concerns. Maintain accurate employee and client records in company systems. Assist with scheduling, timekeeping, and administrative tasks as needed. Utilize technology and recruiting platforms ( HR software, online job boards, and digital communication tools) to streamline recruitment and operations. Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and employees to resolve issues quickly and professionally. Ensure compliance with company policies and client requirements. Qualifications: Strong English communication skills (verbal and written). Flexible schedule, including availability to work weekends and holidays. Proficient computer and technology skills, including MS Office, HR/recruiting software, and online collaboration tools. Mid-level administrative and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with employees and clients. We are a cafe located inside of two private members clubs one located on the Upper East Side of Manhattan and one located in Battery Park in lower Manhattan. We are looking for two shift supervisors and two team members. You must have your food handlers license and must have full availability and be able to work any shifts from 5:30am-8pm Monday-Friday and 7am-6pm on the weekends. You must know how to make coffee drinks like a latte and cappuccino. Also know how to use a blender to make smoothies and be comfortable doing light prep work, cleaning restocking and using a cash register. You must be comfortable working quickly and efficiently alone most shifts you will be working alone.
