We are seeking a dependable and passionate Sous Chef / Line Cook to join our intimate, reservation-only Italian kitchen. This hybrid role combines leadership and hands-on cooking, supporting daily operations while upholding our legacy of quality, consistency, and warmth. We are searching for a banquet sous chef. We want someone who has experience in hotels or clubs and knows how to read a BEO and organize the food production for banquet events. This is not a job for "restaurant line cooks" , I need a a banquet sous chef that understands banquets. You will also be responsible for ordering, scheduling and inventories. Basically this will be your last sous chef position if you work with me for some length of time. That's what I do, I create executive chefs out of sous chefs. So, if you want to work your last sous chef job before becoming executive chef, this is the job for you.
