Your reading skills must be at least adequate to read the incoming ticket orders. Punctuality is important to us and frequent no shows will not be tolerated. We are closed on Sundays and Monday lunch. Your pay would be based on your skill, speed, knowledge, and leadership. Here are the talents we are looking for, in order of importance: 1. A sense of responsibility to yourself and to those around you (which means you almost always show up--on time) 2. Honest and fair with those around you (luckily, these will be the people you work with!) 3. Willingness to learn our system and take corrections to heart. (We don't want to learn your system) 4. Ability to think quickly and prioritize tasks. 5. Excellent dexterity and ability to work quickly. 6. Interact well with fellow employees and vendors. 7.
