Onsite Recruiter (130-02 S Conduit Ave,Jamaica NY)

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and flexible Onsite Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in English, have strong communication, administrative, and technical skills, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. This role requires flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed, as well as the ability to provide day-to-day support to both clients and employees. Key Responsibilities: Recruit, screen, and onboard candidates to meet client staffing needs. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure excellent service delivery. Provide ongoing support to employees with day-to-day operations, questions, and workplace concerns. Maintain accurate employee and client records in company systems. Assist with scheduling, timekeeping, and administrative tasks as needed. Utilize technology and recruiting platforms ( HR software, online job boards, and digital communication tools) to streamline recruitment and operations. Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and employees to resolve issues quickly and professionally. Ensure compliance with company policies and client requirements. Qualifications: Strong English communication skills (verbal and written). Flexible schedule, including availability to work weekends and holidays. Proficient computer and technology skills, including MS Office, HR/recruiting software, and online collaboration tools. Mid-level administrative and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with employees and clients. Prior recruiting, HR, or staffing experience is a plus. Work Environment: Onsite position at client locations. Fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
