Key Responsibilities: * Fry chicken, tenders, and side items to order using proper timing and safety techniques * Monitor oil temperatures and perform routine filtering and oil changes * Bread and prep raw chicken according to recipes and portion standards * Prepare wraps and sandwiches accurately with correct sauces, toppings, and toasted buns * Handle fresh ingredient prep (lettuce, tomatoes, onions, etc.) and restock as needed * Communicate with expeditors and kitchen team for efficient order flow * Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in all kitchen workstations * Follow all food safety procedures and product holding times Qualifications: * Experience in kitchen or food prep preferred, but not required * Able to work around hot oil and lift/move heavy containers * Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment * Must have or be willing to obtain food handler certification If you meet the above requirements, please send us your resume.
