The Gutter is looking for an energetic and motivated part time floor manager. You will help maintain the bowling lane machines, create a great customer experience, and make sure our floor staff has what it needs to be excellent. We need someone hands-on who can be a great communicator. Bar and/or restaurant experience is a must. Mechanical aptitude is important, and our in-house licensed mechanic will provide lane training. The Gutter is a late night operation that runs until 2 am every night. This position may be expected to work weekends and closing shifts that may end at 2:30am -------- COMPANY INFO The Gutter Bar was founded in Williamsburg, Brooklyn in 2007 with 8 vintage bowling lanes, a small music venue, and a focus on American independent craft beer. Since then we opened our second location in Long Island City, Queens in 2017, the third and largest location opened on the Lower East Side of Manhattan in 2020, and the fourth most recent addition opened in Biddeford Maine in 2025. RESPONSIBILITIES & REQUIREMENTS Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Opening and closing the bar - Overseeing staff - Overseeing all money on shift - Seeing to the needs of customers - Create a positive working environment for all employees - NYC Food Handler Certification required - Basic mechanical abilities a must - Demonstrate integrity, tact, diplomacy and a commitment to company values

DESCRIPTION: We operate a duck-forward fry stand at Snowport. You’ll help us serve Duck Poutine, and other french fry and duck related dishes. Primary positions: Fryer, Line Cook (finishing and plating), and Cashier. You’ll be trained for your position; cross-training may occur based on volume. Duties also include restocking, basic prep, and keeping the stand clean and organized. Some shifts may include commissary runs (if you have a vehicle).
