Overview: The Hourly Restaurant Manager plays a vital role in ensuring smooth daily operations and a high level of service. This position is responsible for overseeing inventory management, maintaining facilities, and supporting the team throughout service. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and works collaboratively to create a structured and successful operation. Key Responsibilities: Inventory & Ordering: Conduct weekly inventory counts with bar lead to ensure accurate stock levels Collaborate with the bar lead to verify inventory counts and oversee order accuracy. Identify and address discrepancies in inventory to minimize waste and maintain cost control. Report and work with AGM using our systems to find solutions Service & Team Support: Be actively present during service, assisting as needed to ensure a smooth guest experience. Work with the AGM to create and maintain structured systems that set the team up for success. Support all front-of-house roles, assisting with server section assignments, food & drink running, bussing tables, and guest seating. Oversee reservation mapping to optimize flow and guest experience. Facility & Cleanliness Oversight: Ensure all areas of the restaurant are clean, organized, and well-maintained, including: Dining room Tables, floors, and overall ambiance are guest-ready. Restrooms Stocked, clean, and regularly checked. Back-of-house areas Organized and functional for operational efficiency. Menus Up-to-date, clean, and readily available for guests. Qualifications & Skills: Previous experience in restaurant management or leadership preferred. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask and adapt to a dynamic service environment. Excellent communication and team collaboration skills. A hands-on leader who is willing to jump in and support where needed.
