Consistent Schedule – Monday through Friday, 25–40 hours per week depending on orders. 🔪 Responsibilities: Assist with daily food preparation, including chopping, portioning, and organizing ingredients. Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization throughout shifts. Safely load, transport, and deliver food and supplies to production sets and clients. Follow food safety and handling procedures. Support the team with setup and breakdown as needed. 🔪 Qualifications: Prior kitchen or prep cook experience preferred. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required. Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods. Job Responsibilities Learn the process of manufacturing biscochitos in a timely manner. Preparation of the biscochito and wedding cookie dough. Learning to work a dough sheeter machine, commercial mixers, commercial ovens, sealing machines, hand cutting, and baking all biscochitos. Employees will also learn how to use our register systems and shipping systems. Complete any packaging including any labels and expiration date labels. All packaging will require using a sealing machine. Stocking all of our inventory properly. Always willing to follow instructions and able to receive constructive criticism. Able to work respectfully with others and listen to other employees before jumping to a conclusion. Provide excellent customer service, address the needs of our customers in a timely and effective manner. Follow and comply with all requirements made by the New Mexico Environmental Health Department as well our safety standards and cleanliness measures. Effectively follow all of our cleaning procedures to insure a sanitary work environment. Strong work ethic and the ability to work in a fast-paced work environment. Physical Requirements Must be able to lift anywhere between 30 to 50 pounds. Able to work at least an 8 hour day standing/walking. Hand use: fine manipulation, single grasping, This work will require the following motions: bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching. Ability to work flexible schedules. May require use of ladders.
