Overview We are seeking a dedicated and organized Receptionist/Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in providing excellent customer support and ensuring smooth office operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong clerical skills, time management abilities, and a friendly demeanor to create a welcoming environment for clients and visitors. Duties Greet and assist clients and visitors at the front desk with professionalism and courtesy. Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate personnel as needed. Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently. Schedule appointments . Assist with various clerical tasks including scanning, submissions, photocopying. Support office management activities to enhance workflow and productivity. Provide customer support . Requirements Proven experience as a receptionist Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently. Proficiency in using office equipment and software, Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clients. Exceptional customer service skills and a friendly demeanor. Knowledge of proper phone etiquette and professional communication standards.
