Maintenance Technician We are looking for a Maintenance Technician in East San Jose / Santa Clara. This will require travel to pickup materials as needed and go between two properties for maintenance. Qualifications: - Preferred experience in residential property management, hotel maintenance, or construction - May be required to provide and maintain own tools - Must have reliable transportation (local and Bay Area travel required) - Must be able to read and write basic English. Duties and Responsibilities: - Complete maintenance requests within 24 hours - Turnovers of vacant units as needed. - Serve as on-call maintenance providing evening, weekends and holiday emergencies (1-2 times per month) - Maintain all maintenance shops and storage rooms in an orderly fashion - Properly secure all parts, inventory and property equipment owned by the apartment community - Carpentry, wall repair, cabinet, counter tops, doors, painting, installations of toilets, faucets, sinks, garbage disposal, etc., changing light fixtures, outlets, switches - Install water heaters - Install vinyl plank flooring - Other duties may be assigned by community manager Hourly pay range $22 -$27 DOE Please email resume or detailed experience.
