Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage effectively with residents, staff, and stakeholders. Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Detail-oriented and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment. The property consists of 216 affordable and market rate units. The work hours are 8:00am to 4:00pm, Monday to Friday. Responsibilities include completion of work orders, preventative maintenance, unit turnovers, and grounds keeping. This role will also provide support to communities located in Manchester, NH and Haverhill, MA as needed. Your Qualifications The successful candidate will have basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, carpentry, and HVAC. Previous apartment maintenance experience is preferred. Must be available to participate in the emergency on-call service rotation and snow removal. A valid Driver’s License with access to a vehicle is required. Experience with Yardi is a plus.
