Job Description: "We are looking for an experienced TOSCA Architect to lead the test automation strategy, framework design, and implementation for our enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Tricentis TOSCA, test automation best practices, and experience in designing scalable automation solutions. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, QA teams, and development teams to drive automation excellence. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement enterprise-wide automation frameworks using Tricentis TOSCA. Define automation strategies, best practices, and governance models to ensure efficiency and maintainability. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to automation engineers and QA teams. Integrate TOSCA with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitLab) to enable continuous testing. Collaborate with business analysts and developers to identify automation opportunities and optimize test coverage. Develop and maintain TOSCA automation scripts, modules, and reusable components. Ensure compliance with security, performance, and reliability standards in test automation. Conduct proof-of-concepts (POCs) and evaluate new tools/features within TOSCA to enhance automation capabilities. Troubleshoot automation failures, optimize test execution time, and ensure reliable test results. Train and upskill teams on TOSCA best practices and automation methodologies. Required Skills and Qualifications: 10 -15 years of overall experience in Test Automation and QA Engineering. 5+ years of hands-on experience with Tricentis TOSCA, including Test Case Design, Test Data Management, and Distributed Execution. Expertise in designing automation frameworks, test strategies, and reusable test assets. Strong knowledge of TOSCA integrations with ALM tools, CI/CD, and DevOps practices. Experience in API, UI, and database automation using TOSCA. Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Java, VBScript, Python) for automation customization. Familiarity with test management tools like JIRA, ALM, QTest, or TestRail. Hands-on experience in working with Agile and DevOps environments. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

SUMMARY: Provides technical support to the university community. Resolves moderately complex technical problems (tier 1 and some tier 2), and may provide functional direction to student employees, as needed. JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide phone support in the Help Desk call center. Analyze computer problems; gather customer specific needs; process workflow with clear explanation of problems and resolution. Create workflow / call tickets for phone support, walk in traffic, and emails to the Help Desk. Support live chat communications. POSITION SUMMARY: This position shares the responsibility of maintaining the multimedia and audiovisual equipment installed in university classrooms and teaching spaces, meeting rooms, office locations, and public presentation venues. This includes preventative maintenance work as scheduled, maintenance of equipment (break/fix) and some installation work as required. This position will also be responsible for videotaping classes or events on campus as scheduled. Some overtime is required in this position, as well as the need to work alternate shifts when needed. RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide technical service and support to classrooms and meeting spaces equipped with AV Media systems Answer phone calls from classroom spaces and provide remote assistance as possible Dispatch to classroom spaces to provide immediate onsite service as required Document service issues and problem resolutions in the service workflow system Accomplish preventative maintenance tasks as assigned, usually twice per year Installation of equipment as needed, Projectors, LCD panels, rack equipment such a, Switchers Some responsibilities associated with configuration of computers in order to project properly, both PC and Mac System Commissioning and Training/Instruction in the use of the MM and AV equipment Perform final testing and commissioning of newly installed systems, including the shared responsibility for developing training materials This position will be responsible for training faculty and staff members on the proper use of the systems installed in classrooms and meeting spaces; this includes projection systems, the use of AV control systems, video conferencing and/or Skype, and some lecture capture. Videographer services and general event support Videotaping services as requested, class lectures, seminars, events during the regular academic day, as well as after hours Timely processing of the video as required to provide the requested format/copies for the customer Set up / take down of equipment in support of events, including Board of Trustees meetings. QUALIFICATIONS: Thorough knowledge of the operation of multimedia and a/v system equipment, including: Projectors and/or LCD panels Room sound systems (Playback and Live Audio) Media playback AV Control systems (AMX and Crestron) Video Switching Good computer skills; configuration settings, extending displays to projector, etc. (Microsoft Windows and MacOS) Ability to analyze and solve complex problems, troubleshooting equipment failures Ability to perform under limited supervision. Expanding business currently looking for workers (part or full time, preferential consideration given to full) who are interested in getting paid to assist in the examination, testing, cosmetic grading & repair, when necessary, of consumer electronics such as video games accessories (controllers, headsets, racing wheels & more), video game consoles, and other assorted consumer electronics. The job does not require a significant amount of experience however preferable candidates will have a basic knowledge of how to work consumer electronics one might find in the home. The position will require identifying an item's functionality, denoting if there's a deficiency in this regard, determining if the item is missing accompanying accessories, and prospectively performing some light repairs (training will be provided). This is a ground floor position as there are significant growth opportunities possible (dedicated repair technician(s), senior inspection line management & more may become available in time). Candidates are expected to be reliable, accountable, hard working and committed team players.
