The place is just off pleasant street surrounded by parking lots and trees. It's a good spot for Northampton. Also, I am quiet, considerate, and clean roommate; you can message me with any questions or concerns you may have. I am not a fan of cigarettes, though I have no issue with marijuana. Also, the landlord does not permit pets, unfortunately. Utilities are not included in the rent, and include the internet, gas, and electric at $90 per month.
