$850 / 4br - Looking for a roommate for 4BR/4BA near WGBH in Brighton (Brighton)

Looking for a roommate for a 4BR/ 4BA apartment in in Brighton near WGBH, A really convenient place for commuting, good access for groceries, restaurants/bars, gyms and a park.    Each room has a private bathroom plus one extra shared half bath and the rent is only $850! The room is mid-large sized and the closet is deeper than it appears in the photo, you can put many things. I'm thinking of moving out at the end of this month (Oct.) so you can move in at the beginning of Nov. 2025. *Water bill is included in the rent, the total of the internet, gas and electric bill is around $150 per month, can be less or more depending on the season. *HVAC is fully equipped. The room is on the 3rd floor (we have an attic above) but you can comfortably live in the summer, too. It has skylight that I sealed but you can easily get rid of it. *A laundry/washer in the house that won't require you coins. *A shared large kitchen and big fridge. I have a small fridge in my room, too. *Hallway in the bedroom you can put extra stuff. *We have three male in their 30's and I'm the only woman. *I can sell furniture and appliances at really inexpensive price if you want. *Off street parking. *Easy to commute : 4 min walk to #70 and 86 bus stops. 6 min walk to #64 bus stop. 5 to 7 min bike ride to Star market, Stop and Shop, Gyms and Boston Landing, 8 min bike ride to Arsenal yard. 1 min walk to a park.
