We offer a weekly room rate for those who really need that option, or we do 800 a month. We charge a $500 move-in fee. That allows us to clean and care for the unit upon your arrival. Background check is easy as long as you have no violent felonies sexual misconduct. Our biggest requirement is that you are clean and respectful of others and have a job or the ability to pay.. Just one block away from buses and light rail is within walking distance, library groceries everything you need is close by. Walking and biking path is at the end of our Data street which overlooks the same stadium, which has beautiful views of fireworks during the games, quiet neighborhood with respectful neighbors with a beautiful view of the downtown St. Paul sky
