$800 / 3br - 1350ft2 - Clearwater room for rent with private bathroom (Clearwater)

Hi everyone! We are renting out a room to share the house in Clearwater. It's a 3 bdrm/ 2 bath close to downtown clearwater, dunedin, and clearwater beach. West side of clearwater. Room for rent is 12.5 ft x 12 ft. Unit is ready to move in immediately. The room has it's own private bathroom right outside door. We're currently looking for just filling one room for 800$/month, Utilities to be split by # of occupants (currently me M36 and my girlfriend F22, so 1/3). Deposit is 400$. Laundry is in garage, purchased washer/dryer in Oct 2022. Room is unfurnished. We're hoping to find someone around our age. Also no weed smoke, cigarettes, or pets allowed inside. Regular Vapes are fine. We have a tiny yorkie who doesn't shed hair, so maybe an exception for another yorkie.
