My name is Dave and I've decided to rent out my spare bedroom. There are two bedrooms total. There is brand-new carpet throughout unit, and the bedrooms are 14 x 12 and have a spacious closet with folding doors. The complex was built in the 90s and features an enclosed courtyard. The unit has a wonderful terrace that overlooks the courtyard. I'll state near the beginning I prefer a non-drinker, and defintely a non-smoker. Female or male is fine. Your total to live here is $750. There is a coin laundry on the ground floor, we are literally next door to a Jewel Supermarket that has the best hours, 6 am to midnight. The 55th Street bus runs like 20 hours, as does Archer and we are 1.5 miles away from the airport/Orange Line. There is a private parking lot in back of building, the neighborhood is safe and beautiful. You will have to go through management for a background check and sign the lease. I am fairly easy to live with, just ask you to clean up after yourself and help with chores. I would like a personal and professional reference, and work schedule. I am a teacher myself. You get free internet, electricity, HBO Max, Amazon Prime, YoutubeTv because I'm so generous. The bedroom is not furnished, there is no basement or storage but unit has a lot of closets. This is for one person, not for two people. Place is about 10 miles southwest of downtown.
