Hey! My younger sister and I need a room mate to rent our extra bedroom. We are easy-going and keep the house in order. There is a private bedroom, with a bathroom attached, which is a great plus. The room is equipped with a bed, a dresser and a closet space. Plenty of room to make it your own space and good natural light. Your bedroom and bathroom. Sharing kitchen with all facilities and cook ware. Living room and common areas In-unit washer and dryer Off-street parking WiFi included We share the kitchen and the living room and the laundry. Then all we have to do is keep things clean up after you use them and we are good. We are fairly casual but we do like a clean environment. No smoking inside. We don't mind and now and then visitors but it is not a party house. You are in Historic Oakwood, one of the most beautiful neighborhoods of Raleigh. It is a lovely neighborhood of the 19th century that includes Victorian housing and paving streets directly adjacent to downtown. Person Street is also a walkable area with fantastic destinations such as Crawford and Sons, Pizza Box, Jolie and Yellow Dog Bakery. Per Raleigh downtown is a mere few minutes away shopping, restaurants and night life. The neighborhood hosts Oakwood Commons Park and community events year round. The closest health facilities include Duke Raleigh Hospital and WakeMed. It is a secure, welcoming community, where people know their neighbors. Rent 700/month excluding split utilities (usually about 50-75/person) An honorable, clean, amiable person. We are both businesspersons and we like a responsible person who can afford to make rent. Preferably a person who is 20s or 30s old, a working person or a student. We're chill but not into drama.
