My husband (29) and I (27) are looking for a roommate ASAP to fill the extra bedroom in our 2 bed / 1 bath apartment in East Bremerton. The place has a washer, dryer, and dishwasher. Lease runs until Aug 31, 2026, and we’re open to either one roommate, a couple, or even a lease takeover. 💰 Rent & Utilities: The whole apartment rent is $1765 before utilities. There is no deposit. Rent for another couple would be $860 half & $645 for one person (based off square feet of the bed room and percentage of the shared spaces). Utilities (including all utilities, electric & wifi) vary from $115-150 a month. All residents must be on the lease and have to pay the $50 per person application. If the lease was taken over, after the new residents are on the lease, they would have to sign a roommate removal to take my husband and I off. There would be no move in fees as the already paid for $500 move in deposit would stay with the unit and all residents must have a total gross income 2.5x of the rent ($4412.5). The parking isn't the best , but there is paid parking available. The complex also has a gym, spa, indoor pool and an outdoor pool available in the summer. 🐾 Pets: We have a friendly and energetic 20lb dog who does well with other dogs of all sizes. He has been around a cat before but would do best with another dog(s). He is unfixed although we plan on getting him neutered soon. Pets are welcome if they follow complex rules & fee/rent requirements. We can do a pet meet-and-greet first as well. ✨ Household Vibes: Guests are fine if they’re respectful/short-term. 420, vape & alcohol friendly. Cigarettes okay outside. We are both neurodivergent and get along great with others that are and/or are LGBTQIA+ but are open to anyone as we just need someone that can actually pay their full rent with utilities consistently.
