$550 Room in big stone house with pool (Chico)

Room for rent in very spacious stone house. Great location less than a block from the b-line/butte college bus stop and a 15 minute walk to downtown. Swimming pool, pool table, big backyard and in-unit washer and dryer. The room is upstairs so it has its own personal AC unit and the room is on a separate floor from the rest of the house, only sharing the level with one other person. (Me: 30, she/her, butte college student part-time employee) Rent is 550/month with PGE ranging from 40-130. Wifi and water is 10, all other expenses included. You are responsible for your room only (meaning that's what you pay whether other rooms are filled or not) Landlord is not me but I can give you that contact information after speaking with eachother. I AM NOT THE LANDLORD. You and I would share a wall, therefore, I would prefer a female/fem. Ideally close to my age but overall just someone respectful of sleep schedules, kind and no pets (house rule not mine).
