Listing Incredible location. Well put together, and feels like home. Updated kitchen/bathroom and a dope shared backyard. Laundry on premise. Awesome parking on Anza street Close to TJs, Target, practically on campus of USF, gyms, restaurants, bus lines, panhandle, and GGP. Quick jump to Presidio, Marina, Ocean Beach, and Downtown. We have two rooms available to rent. Big room is $1,650 and one a little smaller for $1,450. Both rooms have TONS of natural light. Beautiful. Feels like you’re living in a tree house. Approx 4mo short term option and long term option. Qualities we're seeking in a roommate: • Tidy, communicative, and respectful of shared spaces. Ideally “clean as you go” type. • Team player - offers to go on grocery run for the house, move laundry for each other, take in packages, plans a roommate dinner • Easy going or energetic personality but not too chill or rowdy. Not easily offended. • Ideally brings something to the table e.g. a good host, interesting hobbies to share, a cook, a decorator • High agency. Bonus points if handy or artistic or builder of some kind House rules: • Guests are always welcome but ideally no one too regular like a girlfriend • If working from home, keeping work in room • No smoking in house. Pretty involved in the startup ecosystem (the builders not the grifters)     •    Active - Jiu Jitsu, camping/road trips, running, playing sports, concerts, photography, volunteering. Very curious so always out attending all sorts of events     •    Cool, friendly, thoughtful but also unfiltered humor. Somewhere in the middle in terms of politics and values     •    Tidy, clean, organized. Will help interior decorate     •    Will be traveling about once a month.
