It is also within a 10 minute drive to places like Google, Uber, Applied Materials, etc. Would need to share a bathroom, pictured above. The rent is 1400, which includes water services. Utilities like gas and electricity are split amongst everyone in the condo, around 30-50 per month depending on the season. Both roommates work in tech as software engineers.
