Space is furnished with a full-sized bed w/bedding, nightstand, dresser, cabinet storage and decorative shelf. TV(a 60” available as well), table, sofa and coffee table, microwave, toaster oven, Keurig, table+chairs and full-sized refrigerator. Sliding door opens to furnished patio with serene view and access to gas grill on deck above. Common areas include laundry on lower level, treadmill in garage, and a beautiful kitchen and dining room. Home has cathedral ceilings and an open concept floor plan so the living areas are not completely closed off. While we are respectful of our housemate, you will be aware of us.
