Water is included in the rent. Other utilities are shared with roommates through ConEd (light and gas) and Verizon (1 gig high speed internet). You will be sharing common areas, kitchen & bathroom, with me (female) and another roommate. The curious and playful tabby cat that stays here belongs to me. Must be prepared to live independently with respect for neighbors. The room is located across the street to the A train, two blocks from the 1 train, and in walking distance to bodegas, restaurants, supermarkets, laundromats, check cashing places/banks, dentist/ doctor offices, gyms, a lot of mom & pop places, post office, etc. Initial rent is first month + security deposit (a month's rent).
