About the Role We are seeking to add an additional Resident Manager for a property in San Francisco. We are looking for a reliable, proactive, and personable Resident Manager to oversee day-to-day operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on property management and values building a positive community for tenants. Key Responsibilities • Minor Repairs & Maintenance: Perform light plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and general handyman tasks as needed. Conduct routine inspections to proactively identify maintenance issues. Qualifications • Skilled Tradesperson: Experience in handyman work, basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, or HVAC is highly preferred. With our successful growth, it is time to add this core position to assist in aligning business systems and supporting our mission. We are looking for an innovative and entrepreneurial thinker with prior experience in office management. Someone who has an eye for improving processes and is a team player.
