Share⁃ Full time employment (W-2) with the ability to work overtime (Must have a valid Driver License and a clean driving record) ⁃ Location: Commerce City, CO ⁃ Compensation: Varies based on experience, range can be between $50 to $80 per recovery. We are looking for an experienced repossession agent who is consistent in showing up to work on time and working their full shifts. We are looking for someone with great communication skills, who is self motivated, and a team player. Job responsibilities: ⁃ Safely operating a tow truck in and around various residential areas and types along with some commercial/industrial areas, highways, etc ⁃ Perform pre/post vehicle and equipment inspections ⁃ Utilizing Clearplan/mapping software ⁃ Follow our processes for recoveries ⁃ Communicate effectively with camera car agents, law enforcement and individuals whose cars are repossessed ⁃ Ensure compliance regarding any of your activities ⁃ Report any concerns or problems with the lift, truck, computers, cameras or associated equipment ⁃ Maintain a clean driving record and a valid active Driver License We provide the truck, computer and hot spot.
