Qualifications: Driver must have a minimum of 1 year of verifiable Home Delivery (Final Mile) experience delivering appliances, furniture, or exercise equipment. (References will be requested, contacted, and verified.) Must be able to successfully pass a criminal background check covering the past 15 years or less, and a drug screen. (Legalized states are not exempt.) Driver must have or be able to obtain a DOT Medical Card. Driver is required to have a clean MVR (no speeding tickets or accidents in the past 3 years). (Formal acknowledgment may be requested if requirements are not met.) Must currently own or be able to rent/lease a NON-CDL 26ft box truck with liftgate. (Rental truck programs are available.) Driver and helper are required to have the appropriate tools, cargo straps, and dolly per the client’s “Tool List” requirements. (Tools, blankets, and dollies will NOT be provided unless specified by our clients.) Driver and helper are responsible for hotel accommodations for the duration of the contract.
