CDL -Class A Drive away work (Phoenix Arizona)

Looking for help with the following. Pick up and drive back to Georgetown TX Day Cab, trailer and Paver (over width,10' wide) from Phoenix AZ. To Georgetown Tx One trip one way. Will pay for return flight home.
