Senior Producers at Local Projects are responsible for leading and delivering interdisciplinary design projects that push boundaries and create impactful experiences. Collaborating closely with creative leadership, Senior Producers oversee all aspects of project delivery. They balance project financials, critical path dependencies, and client/creative objectives to ensure high-quality design development and execution. This role calls for individuals skilled in strategic planning and effective project delivery who can adapt to dynamic and creative environments. The ideal Senior Producer has at least seven years of experience managing projects spanning physical, digital, graphic, and technical production. They are skilled at project planning and estimating, client management, mapping efficient workflows, fostering collaboration, and ensuring clarity in project objectives, responsibilities, and deliverables. Experience: Minimum of 7 years of project management experience in experiential design with at least 3 years of experience directly managing project teams. Drive the design process from concept through production and installation by developing integrated project plans and overseeing day-to-day task management of multidisciplinary project teams. Provide and maintain clarity on roles, responsibilities, and deliverables for the team during all phases.  Plan and implement efficient workflows and production processes to streamline creative production and improve collaboration across internal and external teams. Understand and champion best practices that inform the development and refinement of tools and methods to improve creative workflow. Project & Production Management Develop and manage project budgets and timelines, maintaining high-quality standards. Estimate design and production phases of work, develop cost proposals and lead external alignment discussions with clients and partners. Build and manage resource plans. Draft and negotiate scopes of work for clients and vendors Foster relationships with global production partners, including architects, fabricators, and AV specialists. Use data-driven insights to monitor and report on project health. Collaborate with external partners and agencies to manage on-site services during project installations, including coordinating logistics, facilitating reviews, documenting punch lists, and securing approvals.  Client Management Serve as the primary contact for clients, maintaining clear and consistent communication. Build and sustain strong client relationships, including with senior stakeholders. Identify opportunities for additional scope within project work and negotiate scope for added services. Skills/Abilities:  Demonstrated experience in managing complex, multidisciplinary projects from concept to completion. Strong scheduling, organizational, and time-management skills. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in project management tools like Airtable, Jira, and 10,000 Ft. Adaptability and the ability to lead multiple projects in a collaborative environment. This role spends most of the time on job sites managing and overseeing all facets of a construction project from start to finish. On the east coast, Tidal operates from West Palm Beach south to Miami and on the west coast of Florida in Tampa. The superintendent is responsible for the overall safety, schedule, quality, and management of on-site field activities for each construction project (ranging from $2M to $10M) for which they are assigned. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: Manage the onsite planning and coordination of subcontractor’s work activities for the project according to contract and guidelines, coordinates Subcontractors and Vendors to ensure adherence with project plans and adherence to quality control of all installations, coordinates permit inspections, maintains subcontractor relationships. Be able to read, understand and interpret plans and specifications as well as help develop and maintain schedules to deliver a complete project on time. Knowledge of construction sequencing and ability to create a 2-week look ahead schedule. Ensure code and legal compliance and coordinate quality inspections. Manage Shop Drawing process, material expediting process and daily cleanup. Performs daily jobsite walk, coordinates specialty inspections, and manages start-up and commissioning of equipment. Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment in a professional manner. Submit Daily and Weekly status updates to Senior Management. This position can sit out of either office locations: Sacramento, CA Pleasanton, CA Success in the position is achieved through the following duties & responsibilities: Build and maintain relationship with General Contractors and/or Project Owners, Subcontractors and vendors that promote project success. Be the point person from the preconstruction phase to the project closeout phase. Properly delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate team members and ensure entire project team thoroughly understands project. Facilitate coordination between Field Operations and Preconstruction (preplanning, prefabrication) and actively engage in implementation of project plan. Review construction documents for inconsistencies and develop RFIs. Early identification of long lead items; ensure all project procurement is properly tracked and released conducive to schedule milestones. Setup project budget with assistance from Estimating to work towards buyouts and early recognition of actual realized costs in labor, material, subcontractor, equipment, and overhead cost. Understand the difference between lump sum contracts and unit price contracts. Verify budget after upload confirming contract, budget, and billing are accurate in Spectrum. Determine project labor tracking strategy and setup labor codes congruent with required labor tracking. Gather hours from Superintendent and Foreman and verify with project team. Monitor and own the overall procurement and construction schedule and escalate any possible impacts by coordinating with the customer, giving notice as required and maintain documentation for such impacts. Collect feedback from field team to present accurate information for CTCs. Create projection for CTCs and provide to Project Executive for review. Prepare accurate cost projections for each project monthly. Stay actively engaged with labor tracking and weekly look ahead schedules to mitigate any potential impacts to the project schedule or financial status. Oversee timely project requirements and documentation including but not limited to submittals, RFI’s, delay notices, potential claims, and extended overheads. Maximize cash flow by balancing project cost with timing of project income, facilitating buy outs according to the schedule and project plan with estimating and project teams, understanding labor and material trends, creating balanced and accurate budget and Schedule of Values, submitting billings, and negotiating change orders.
